Ready for some stress relief? Come by Costo Hall on Massage Mondays for a FREE 10-minute chair massage by a professional massage therapist. Available during week 9 (Nov 22) @ Asian Pacific Student Programs & week 10 (Nov 29).@ African Student Programs between 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Please wear a face mask and be prepared to show your daily online UCR Wellness Check. Time slot sign ups in the room will limit the number of people occupying chairs inside while waiting their turn for a massage.
