Matt Sakaguchi - What Google Learned About Team Building from Project Aristotle

UCR Staff Assembly (UCRSA), Leaders of Excellence and Distinction (LEAD), and UCR Academic Management Professionals (AMP) are proud to bring Google's Matt Sakaguchi to discuss Google's Project Aristotle and the research and insights of a manager who worked with his own team and others to instill the findings and principles from a pilot program at Google into the real world.

Matt is a leading ambassador for Project Aristotle and conducts sessions wiht numerous teams at Google to enhance their performance, accelerate, and get them unstuck. He also leads two teams in Site Reliability Engineering, supporting the Android phone ecosystem and the Google Play Store.

The event is free open to staff, students and faculty. No ticket is required, but seating is limited to the first 400 people. While food is not allowed in the theater, refreshments will be provided following the event.
