The North District Phase 2 is a joint collaboration between UC Riverside and Riverside Community College District. The project is an important initiative that will help to address the growing demand for on-campus housing for UC Riverside and Riverside Community College District students.

By providing modern and affordable housing options, the project will help integrate Riverside Community College District students into the UC Riverside campus and student community as well as help to create a more vibrant and inclusive campus community, while also ensuring that students have the resources they need to succeed academically.
