In collaboration with Detrich Galloway, PhD candidate in Medical Anthropology, and the Faculty and Staff Wellness Program, we invite you to an inspiring workshop that reimagines what “care” truly means in U.S. medicine—past, present, and future. Together, we’ll explore the deep roots of health inequities and reflect on how we can transform care into a collective act of justice, compassion, and community. This dynamic session features interactive breakout discussions, reflective activities, and opportunities to connect with colleagues who are passionate about building a more equitable and people-centered healthcare system. The workshop is hybrid, offering both in-person and virtual participation options, and lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.
