Tony-winning Peter and the Starcatcher upends the century-old story of how a miserable orphan comes to be The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up (a.k.a. Peter Pan). From marauding pirates and jungle tyrants to unwilling comrades and unlikely heroes, Peter and the Starcatcher playfully explores the depths of greed and despair... and the bonds of friendship, duty, and love.

There will be strobing, haze, and fog used within this production.
Content Warning:
This production contains potty humor, some adult content and language, depictions of child displacement and abuse, and themes of cruelty towards orphans.
Age Recommendation:
While Peter and the Starcatcher is not a children's show, it is most suitable for young audiences aged 8 and older. The show may be best enjoyed by children who have developed the ability to distinguish between make-believe and reality.
The performance length is approximately two hours, including one 15-minute intermission.

Currently enrolled UCR Students can reserve one complimentary ticket online when tickets go on sale.
There is no reserved seating so arrive early for the best seats.
The performance will begin promptly at the announced curtain time and latecomers will only be seated at an appropriate pause in the program.

This week’s performance of Peter and the Starcatcher was a stage play full of magic and humor. The actors delivered outstanding performances and fully embodied their characters.
