Guitarist Peter Curtis plays from what is commonly called “The Great American Songbook” - a body of music written largely by Jewish songwriters. Peter will perform solo jazz guitar renditions of such classics as "God Bless America," "Blue Skies" and "It Ain’t Necessarily So" and will discuss the history and cultural phenomenon of Jewish writers of classic American music.
