Join us for a dynamic 6-week Pilates clinic that builds strength, control, and flexibility through traditional Pilates principles. Each week, we’ll introduce a new piece of equipment—from mini stability balls to rings —gradually increasing intensity to challenge your body in fresh ways. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this clinic offers a supportive, progressive approach to enhance your core strength and overall body awareness. Strengthen, tone, and move with confidence as you explore a full spectrum of Pilates tools and techniques.

Week 1, July 9: Mat Pilates
Week 2, July 16: Mini-Stability Balls
Week 3, July 23: Pilates Rings
Week 4, July 30: Gliding Discs
Week 5, August 6: Resistance Bands
Week 6, August 13: Mini-Weights
Registration opens five days prior to the selected class date. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your registration to provide other patrons an opportunity to attend. For more information about group exercise classes, contact fitwell@ucr.edu.
