Designed for all levels, this dynamic session integrates the core principles of Pilates with innovative equipment like TRX Suspension Trainers, Pilates balls, and BOSUs, sculpting and toning your entire body with fluid, controlled movements. A modified schedule for Weeks 10 and 11 will be released on November 15 in anticipation of finals.
