This choreography-driven, ab-sculpting, core strengthening program puts a new spin on Pilates. With creative elements of cardio, strength, and upbeat tunes, your workout will have you dancing on the mat throughout the entire class!

The "Join Session" button is only active during the check-in period, which opens 15 minutes before class and closes 15 minutes after it starts. We recommend saving this email if you register early!
