I normally shy away from "Power" Yoga but I'm glad I tried this class! My Fitbit reported 78% fat burn in this session! I've taken Sophia's virtual yoga classes in prior quarters and whatever style she teaches it is always a great flow and I love her challenge & modification suggestions.
