About this Event
Please join us on Sept. 21 at 12 noon for a Lunch & Learn presentation on the pre-award proposal process for contracts and grants.
The pre-award proposal process for Contracts and Grants is a multiphase process that should ideally start many weeks before the due date of the proposal. Determining the scope of work and then making sure a budget is created that will support that work is essential for a successful outcome. In our presentation, we will go over many aspects of the pre-award proposal process from the timely notification for the C&G Analyst who will be processing the pre-award, the RFP review, and the internal deadline establishment and proposal document requirement list. We will also discuss cost share and space requirement considerations, budget development, and the final document review. This presentation will provide a good, but only partial, overview of the work of a C&G Analyst preparing a proposal.
