Free EventLearn how to create an effective workout that will align with your fitness goals. In this FREE educational workshop, we will discuss the components of a training session and how to program them strategically to achieve your desired outcome. We will explore how to determine reps ranges, sets, and rest time when forming a workout. This workshop is open to all experience levels.
