About this Event
This session is themed around releasing stress, refreshing and reenergizing the mind, body and soul. This program is for ALL but will focus on healing especially as a queer, transgender, and/or BIPOC individual. Eli will talk about how meditation can offer benefits for dealing with current times. He will also share some breathing exercises and lead a short meditation exercise to help folks find grounding in their bodies, space in their breath, and some ease of being. Participants will only need a place to comfortably sit or lay down and instructions/guidance will be provided for all activities.
