As you may know the campus is in the process of finalizing a strategic plan for 2030. RED has developed a strategic initiatives matrix paralleling the central campus-wide plan. Our draft has been circulated among different groups on campus and received helpful feedback. On April 26, noon - 1:30 p.m., we will host a virtual town hall meeting to further collect feedback and improve our plan. In advance of the townhall, I would like to encourage you to take a look at the draft matrix.
