 Safe Zone Training Series

You’re invited! Join the UCR School of Medicine’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for our inaugural Safe Zone workshop series. The goals of this program are to introduce basic LGBTQ terms and concepts, develop an appreciation for our own and others’ lived experiences, and prepare ourselves to become more effective allies. Individuals that complete the full Safe Zone series will be recognized in the Rainbow Ceremony following the third workshop.

Join us in creating a safer, more affirming, and more inclusive community of support for individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions.
