Highlanders on Weights is a beginner-level introductory course to the weight room and strength training. Come learn from a certified personal trainer on how to exercise utilizing the strength equipment that is freely accessible to members at the Student Recreation Center. By the end of this program, you will have the confidence and know-how to exercise on your own in any gym.

Small Group Training is a 4-week program that combines the motivation of a group workout with the expertise of a certified personal trainer. You’ll meet twice a week for 60-minute sessions, training alongside a small group of people with similar goals. Each week builds on the last, with built-in progression to help you safely and confidently level up as you go.

Meeting Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting April 21 through May 14
Meeting Times: 9:00AM - 10:00AM
Class Location: SRC South - Functional Training Area/FitWell Zone
Cost: $50 for Members
