PowerHER is a female-friendly 4-week strength training program created to help you find confidence and community in the weight room. Led by a certified personal trainer, here you will train in a supportive semi-private group where every workout is guided and progressed from the previous week. Come lift with us - build muscle, build confidence!

Small Group Training is a 4-week program that combines the motivation of a group workout with the expertise of a certified personal trainer. You’ll meet twice a week for 60-minute sessions, training alongside a small group of people with similar goals. Each week builds on the last, with built-in progression to help you safely and confidently level up as you go.

Meeting Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting April 21 through May 14
Meeting Times: 10:30AM - 11:30AM
Class Location: SRC South - Functional Training Area/FitWell Zone
Cost: $50 for Members
