SoulBody Barre is a mindfully intense workout that utilizes various movements and modalities for a great total body workout. Using Barre, Pilates, and Yoga formats, this class will strengthen and tone your muscles, while helping you to gain better posture. This “unhitched” version of the class can be done without the ballet barre, so prepared to move and stretch!
