About this Event
Free EventThe annual symposium will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 @ the School of Medicine Education Building II, room 106!
Not only is it our 15th year, but in addition we have two of our very own as keynote speakers, In the morning, we will open with the powerhouse of anti-malarial drug design and genomics, Elizabeth Winzeler, PhD., Associate Dean for Research and Innovation, Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Professor, Department of Pediatrics, School of Medicine. In the afternoon we will have the renowned Toxoplasma molecular biologist and poster-award-dominating-lab, Peter Bradley, PhD., Professor, Microbiology Immunology & Molecular Genetics, University of California, Los Angeles .
Both of these researchers have been huge supporters of SCEP from the outset sending students and colleagues who come back to join us year after year. It is an exciting opportunity to hear their latest research and celebrate their involvement in our community.
