THE AUDACITY OF FAILURE
Stories of rejection and resilience from TFDP Faculty & Staff

Do you have an acute fear of failure? Are you anxious about getting rejected for artistic work opportunities? Are you already terrified by the prospect of being fired some day? If you’re pursuing a career in the arts, the odds are good that you will encounter these issues along the way.

To help you navigate your concerns, please join TFDP Faculty and Staff as we share some of our most humiliating defeats and devastating setbacks. Our titles and resumes only show our successes; let us regale you with our failures! Learn how we overcame these bumps and used them to propel ourselves into the future. The path of an artist involves rejection and resilience. Surviving the inevitable is a whole lot easier when you realize even people thriving in their careers had major low points on their path to success.
