This trip is led by Dr. Sean Jasso, Professor of Practice in Management at the UCR School of Business. The program is open to all UCR graduate and undergraduate students.

12th Annual Oxford Young Entrepreneurial Leadership Program - for all majors

The 2023 UCR at Oxford program will be held at Mansfield College which is one of the 39 colleges within the University of Oxford. The University of Oxford is the oldest English-speaking university in the world and has been educating leaders for over 800 years. Students will experience the majesty and inspiration of Oxford and receive customized lectures from experts in the must-know topics of our time - Blockchain, Bitcoin, and peer-to-peer lending to name a few. 

The Program

The 2023 Oxford Young Entrepreneurial Leadership Program will focus on the Internet of Value and how technology is reshaping the workplace. The program will explore cutting-edge new technologies such as Blockchain, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies. Learning outcomes will further target how artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning can enhance organizational productivity. The skills learned in the program will develop entrepreneurial awareness, intellectual creativity, and leadership capabilities which can be applied in all industries. 

According to a 2022 IBM study, over the next three years, 120 million people in the world’s 12 largest economies may need to be re-skilled because of automation. Hence the 2023 Oxford Young Entrepreneurial Leadership Program will focus on the Internet of Value and Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0 and how this technological revolution is reshaping the workplace. You will earn a certificate of completion from Mansfield College, University of Oxford – unique to executive programs.
