Since 2018, UCR has been recognized as an Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institution (AANAPISI). Institutions are defined as AANAPISI under the Higher Education Act (HEA) as colleges or universities with an undergraduate enrollment of at least 10 percent Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander. 

In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, observed in May, the AANAPISI committee invites UCR faculty and staff to lunch at Big Skyy Bistro*. Join us to hear about what the AANAPISI committee has been working on to support AAPI students, faculty, and staff and how you can become involved.
