Grad Students, Staff, and Faculty, join us in HUB 260 for a free, brief, energizing health discussion, followed by an uplifting yoga and breathwork mind-body fitness session. Session start at 9 AM and end at 10 AM, during weeks 2-6. Healthy snacks will be provided while supplies last.
