For decades, Hollywood has presented a less than flattering picture of mental health problems that perpetuate harmful stereotypes and feed the stigmas attached to them. However, there are some shows and films that realistically show what it’s like to experience mental health challenges. As consumers, let’s talk about the changes we can make in our everyday lives that can help shift the narrative away from these stereotypes.
