Join Master’s Yoga Instructor, Manasa, during this 3-week Yoga clinic that preps you for your first/next headstand! In this series, you will learn different styles of how to enter an inversion and HOLD, how to safely exit out of an inversion and most importantly, how to avoid injury and overcome fear when you're upside-down. We will be working on targeted practices that help you build the required strength and flexibility to balance yourself with your feet up in the air.
