Join SDRC & CARE for a yoga workshop for all.

Beginners to yoga are welcome and encouraged to join!  We will have yoga mats provided (but you are welcome to bring your own.) This will be a trauma-informed workshop which honors bodily autonomy for participants. Together, we will experience the agency and empowerment that comes from choosing what we do with our bodies.

This event will be capped at 20 participants. Please RSVP via this google form: https://forms.gle/KdZSM2P3MzzqX59Z8
